A very helpful book in helping outline treatment parameters for those which graded motor imagery is an appropriate treatment strategy. There are a vast number of research articles cited which may be helpful for those looking for further clarification or background on a topic. Overall, an excellent read for any therapist looking to up their treatment skills in the area of chronic pain management.
